Stock Solutions:

500mL 1.5x Base Media: BM SMUR.png

45mL 100x Metals Solution: Metals SMUR.png Add MgCl2 last and make sure everything is dissolved before it is added. There will be an exothermic reaction and and color change upon addition of MgCl2. If there is trouble dissolving everything, heat water bath to 45˚C and heat solution while vortexing occasionally. Then filer sterilize.

40mL 500x Vitamins Solution: V SMUR.png If there is trouble dissolving, heat water bath to 45˚C and heat solution while vortexing occasionally. Then filer sterilize.

40mL 100x Unstables Solution: U SMUR.png If there is trouble dissolving, heat water bath to 37˚C and heat solution while vortexing occasionally. Then filer sterilize.
